Chubby is back! After 15 years, the fearless little snowman is setting out to save important artifacts from video game history. Mission in Snowdriftland is a pixel art homage to classic 2D platformers like Super Mario.
About the Game
THE HISTORY15 years ago we created and published the online game Mission in Snowdriftland! An hommage to old school platformers like Super Mario. Since then we have received mails every year from fans asking if and when Mission in Snowdriftland will be back online and playable again. Yes, even 15 years later…
THE GAME
Mission in Snowdriftland is unique in its concept:
Play it like a traditional Advent calendar, and select a level every day and let Chubby guide you through the cold winter days. Or play it like a classic platformer - any time you want.
Chaos at the headquarters of the video game organization, UPIXO: the villain, El Pix, has stolen some important and historically valuable artifacts of video game history from the archive. Help Chubby retrieve all the artifacts from El Pix's icy realm of Snowdriftland!
GAMEPLAY
Mission in Snowdriftland offers the right gaming experience for all players: younger and less experienced gamers can get off to a quick and easy start and jump right in to start searching for the artifacts, while core gamers will face a cool challenge as they collect all 24 snowflakes per level.
Prepare to confront some wacky enemies like penguins in squirrel costumes, polar bear joggers listening to music, flaming fire bumblebees and many more.
Run, jump and slide through 4 different worlds, with 6 levels each, making 24 levels in total! Then take on El Pix in a final battle!
Once all levels are completed, you will face El Pix and take him out in a final duel.
